The hotel is nicely appointed with service-minded and responsive staff. the location is ideal in a quiet area. the room is extremely pleasant and a nice size, equipped with 2 balconies. the hotel is conveniently located near all major sites, squares, shops, the sea, the canal. a very nice experience.

We liked the location. An older hotel but quite well maintained. Enjoyed having a bathtub for a change. You could walk to the main shopping areas and restaurants. Very safe.

Air conditioning was ineffective if it worked at all. I would think most of the time you would not need it.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the bathroom was clean with its own balcony and a spacious closet in the room, plus this place is in a great location within walking distance of restaurants and cafés.

The location is great, in the centar of the city. The breakfast table was rich, and the hotel staff was excellent.

This place is perfectly located in the center of town, on a delightful pedestrian street. It's so convenient to walk to all the major attractions, and the seafront is just a short stroll away. The hotel is tucked away in a peaceful spot, ensuring a good night's sleep. The service here is top-notch, with room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping all provided. I was even greeted with a welcome drink upon arrival. The room itself has all the amenities I could ask for, including air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a cozy sitting area. The highlight, however, was the terrace where I could relax and enjoy the view. The staff at the reception desk were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any request - they even made me a perfect cappuccino on demand. this hotel truly exceeded my expectations.

Vallet parking could be a little bit better arranged.

Very good hotel right in the centre of the shopping and the city. Ask for a room facing via San Nicolo as the other side of the hotel faces a very busy street. Parking can be arranged through the hotel but is off site. Well worth another visit even if a bit pricier than other hotels a little further out of the centre of town.

We got great value for our money at Hotel Continentale. The room was clean, spacious, and had lots of natural light. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The reception staff were polite and always willing to help.

The breakfast option could have been improved by offering more variety.

Great location, safe garage 3 minutes away (the hotel also offers valet service), friendly staff, clean room, comfy bed, hardwood floor, tasty breakfast (we came to eat 15 minutes before the breakfast was supposed to be finished and the buffet table was still full - hot eggs, croissants, fresh fruit - heavenly), overall a great experience.

The waitress in the breakfast room walked past us and didn't even look at us or ask us if we wanted coffee, even though she had only 2 other customers - wasn't really busy. After she took our order, she waited for more than 5 minutes to start making the coffee and decided to move some cups around instead. We eventually got a superb cup of coffee 10 minutes later.
